Ish fall ko ber kaha jata hai. Yah fall chota hai par ishke kai fayde hai. Ber ka fall,patte,vrush ke chal sabhe ka upyog davai banane mai kaam ata hai. Ulti ji ghabrana,ya garbhvasthame pet me dard ade kai samasyao me fayde mand hai ber. Nimbu or santra ki tarha ber bhi vitamin C se bharpur hai. Ber dill ke bimare ke liye bahut he fayde mand hai. Ber ko namak or kali mirch ke sath khane se apac dur hote hai. Neam oe ber ke patto ko pishkar baloo par lagane se baal jhadne band ho jayen ge. Ber sare me rogose ladne ki shamta badhate hai.
