A letter to the man on the moon
The man on the moon.
Once again acting out like a child.
Hey, man on the moon could you please behave? Why does your action remind those around of Romeo? Your action is odd and as follows. Screaming in pride at every passing mice. Any long hair lady, passing at any distance, catch in your eyes and follows your heart. The heart falls in and out of love. One look locking the false seal to a one-sided deal. Man on the moon, please don't make this another game. Why must you capture "your beloveds'" heart yet again?
Silly Man on the moon. You're hundred and two. Please stop acting a fool!
Heart captured in fear. She doesn't actually exist, but in his mind, she is true as true can be. He must run with this imagined love. Run from reality and healthy habits at all cost. He must follow his foolish heart and not left life hold him back. He hasn't learned to lead his heart that follows the sea to the horizon. His heart doesn't follow logic nor truth, just jumps to conclusion. Taking action from a reaction to lies miscommunicated.
Hey, man on the moon! He knows one task, one love, a one-sided love from a beloved that doesn't want to die and repeat. Always one extreme to the next. There is no balance.
There is no other way. There is his way. There is only all or nothing. Such foolish extremes time and time again. Seeking attention like a child. Saying goodbye, just to see who's watching him leave. Running a charity to feed his greed and jealousy. I say this, but I see you pain little man. Leaving isn't an option because you only know the pain associated with people leaving you. Projection is your survival, your curse, your daily struggle. Pushing people away so when they leave the pain doesn't break your heart again.

Stepping on broken glass that once was a heart filled with compassion. Swimming in tears that once wasn't there. A loud scream of a tantrum from a lack of forgiveness, attention, and separation from fault and forgiveness. Led by guilt, led by heart, led by pain. Seek refuge in disbelief and grief. Hey, man on the moon! Stop calling out to me. I hear you, I see you, I don't always care for you, but trust and believe I'm praying for you. Sometimes you say what you shouldn't. Sometimes I'm frustrated with you and you can tell because this is my third letter to you.

Yes, this man on the moon drives me insane with their childish ways. So much so, I imagine they live on the moon because such foolishness can only be acceptable there.
Ok, this is super abstract, but I like the thoughts behind it. I'm sure your tag gives the clue you're intending it to be that way, but I still like what you're saying and how you're saying it.
To me, this reads like when you write a letter to an ex (or soon-to-be ex) and never actually mail it; it's just healing to write the words.
How DID YOU KNOW! Yesterday, I was lost in thought and one of those rabbit holes was I wish negativer and other writers left real comments.
Maybe not as honest like in the edits, but some hard truths never hurt. You know do that thing, that makes us do the thing, and everyone is a better for it. :)
Real comments are hard to come by, I know. I don't think human flesh is made to be capable of consuming so much content in such a short span as steemit forces.
