POEM: HAMMOCK
I forgot you
Like a manifold dream
By a sleeper on Texas
And Mexico’s seam
I long for my sleep
And reality
To be one
Like the day where
The moon rivals
The sun
You are so coy
Waiting for me
To lay my head
And body between
Heaven and earth
On horizon’s hammock
As you slide on a lake
Telling tales on my dock
