Life is full of ups and downs
Life is full of ups and downs
And downer downs
And upper ups
And bitter cups
of cold regret
from rising on
the wrong side of the bed
Yet we can walk
on the sunny side
of a street if we cross
against the tide
Our half empty glass
is still half full
Our cup of life
can be too
Which way will you approach it
next time you're on the roller-coaster?
