Heavens Cry (Poetry)
The clouds build up.
Atmosphere goes gray and dim.
The moment of peace
turns to fear. Shiver.
The uproar is disturbing.
Trembles as the thunder
breaks the silence.
Waiting and standing
what the scenario will bring.
Flash of lightning
breaks the sky as it dances.
Dogs are howling.
Disturbed. Bewildered.
Fear when the lightning strikes.
It's a storm.
The rain fell. Like the heavens crying.
Sound of rain from the roof.
The blow of the brisk winds.
Confused. Scared.
An hour in a muddled state.
The winds starts to wane.
Cloud runs out of water to pour.
Dark clouds begins to fade.
Rainbows graces the sky.
Will it happen again?
Rains come and go.
No anxieties today. Tomorrow?
We don't know.
Deal with it. No choice.
Just deal with it.
Episodes of anxiety (or even depression) can be likened to the rain during rainy season. Some days are bad, some days are good. You don't know when it will come. It will attack you even unwelcomed.
