One year since you left us and went home
Much too soon and you had so much more to give
No longer will we hear your sad jokes, see the curl of your lip
That gleam in your eye, when you thought you had us
That swagger in your walk
Always your own person, sailing your own ship
A true spiritual soul you were
We are so relieved, you are now free from pain
Always another adventure or idea up your sleeve
Bellagio indeed, might as well dream big
I am sure your creator, has taken your soul back home
to Kitsilano. Kitsilano where you belong.

God Bless you my dear friend Paul Samion may Heaven keep you well. RIP away from your pain. Thank you for being a part of my life and for the joy and ambition we shared and for believing in me. Your encouragement through my Nutrition School Education was what helped me to succeed. So proud you were there at the end on reward day. El Dante will never be the same again. It's not everyday that you sit on a warm spring day with no patrons and own the whole restaurant and discuss Italy like you lived there. You were the best Nutrition School guppy we had and no one walked the beat of Yonge St. quite like you and David did..or the floors of the Supercentre like you and Tim. The Belagio, Yorkville, the Elm St. Spa and Peter's Backyard and that Japanese place down the street from Smith's hold dear memories. The honour was mine in knowing you. What fun we all had. I still have that very special glass sailboat. I will treasure it forever. Those were the days my friend. You are missed and will always hold a special place in my heart. I know the angels will be taking very good care of you. Love and Light....Peace Out Mr. Samion. xxx
