A Place to Belong (Motivational Poetry)
with no goal in sight.
Looked at the dark sky
and then let out a sigh.
he looked for it so.
A place to come home,
a home to belong.
yet he was put aside.
No place will accept him,
his future looks dim.
and he was growing old.
To be alone forever,
he was crying a river
it started to rain.
He lean on a wall,
watching the rain fall.
like the door was to speak.
A warm light appears,
making his fear disappears.
appear a lady of vigor.
She might not be a beauty,
but her smile carries authenticity.
"It cold outside, please come in".
The man was hesitant
he's a stranger so he can't.
so in the end he didn't resist.
Inside the house was warm,
making his heart less alarm.
it helps him feel well.
With a mug of coffee,
she listened to her story.
and then tells him gently
that he can work and stay,
and surely he'll find his way.
his tears are on the run.
He never expected
that he was respected.
maybe this is the right way.
He will stay with her,
and make a life there.
