Life & Death Haikus: Homeowner Blues (Original Poem)
Insurance is still pending
That night, fire devours
Even though in many cases, insurance doesn't typically cover many forms of natural disasters such as earthquakes, flooding or termited (all which usually require a premium special coverage price) there sre general policies that include disasters from fires, lightning strikes and other incidents. I am sure this kind of occurrence has happend on many occassion to those who finally secured their dream home or even just s new comfortable place to call a home only to be rufely awakened by the forced of elements that remind us that everything in this world, be it material or tangible, is fleeting and temporary indeed. I don't ever seeing myself going all in to purchase a house that is a one time thing with an extremely high price. Sticking to a moderate afforable range allows more adaptability in the case of if disaster strikes and if insurance is not able to cover the damages.
