Tun Dr. Mahathir bin Mohamad Perdana Menteri (PM) Malaysia ke-7 dan juga merupakan PM ke-4.
Periode pemerintahan ke empat pada 16 Juli 1981 – 31 Oktober 2003, selama 22 tahun.
Tun Mahathir membaca Angkat Sumpah di Istana Negara di hadapan Yang di-Pertuan Agong, Sultan Muhammad V.
Tun Mahathir, 92, mencatat sejarah apabila menjadi PM Malaysia setelah 15 tahun meninggalkan arena politik.
Mahathir menandatangani watikah pelantikan Perdana Menteri pada 10 Mei 2018 jam 21:57 PM waktu Malaysia.
