Found this graphic on /r/latestagecapitalism.

No sources given on this graphic, but this is the math I worked out with sources.

The minimum wage in 1968 was $8.68 (in 2016 dollars)

In 1968-69, an average 4-year university charged $1,117 for tuition, room and board (in today’s dollars)

Let’s assume that tuition is for a single year, so the cost of an average four year degree program would be $4468

Working 40 hours a week at the above wage would earn you $347.2 a week.

You’d earn in 13 weeks, or, about 2-3 months, the cost of four years of tuition, working at minimum wage.

13 weeks with 40 hours a week is 520 hours. So the graphic is off with my data, but not by much. Perhaps they used
different data so whatever.
