Can you define the "alt-right"?

There's a big difference between conservatives and the alt-right,just like liberals and Antifa.
The alt-right are nazis (ethno nationalists), conservatives are not, but the left still calls them nazis.

Some confused conservatives thought alt-right meant 'not neoconservative' (do your own research) and started calling themselves it.
Alt-right does not include civic nationalists.The leaders of the actual alt-right are white nationalists. That’s not quite Nazi, but when you’re doing mock-Nuremberg Torch Marches, it’s pretty goddamn close.
(by the way, the "alt-right" agree with the corporatist left on virtually all their views on government except which racial group should benefit from government handouts.)

Or maybe the problem is that most so-called conservatives don't make that distinction clear?
