Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has been caught in another major financial scandal, as it has been reported the PM's Office ordered Canada's former justice minister not to prosecute SNC-Lavalin over a $48 billion dollar bribery scheme, after the same company had made illegal payments to Trudeau's Liberal party.
