Crashing the Banking System

A question that appears to be doing the rounds on twitter, is a question that I thought I would share with you here.

"What would happen if there was a coordinated run on the Banks?"

Earlier on, I was scanning my twitter feed and came across this article that I thought I would share with you.

A great idea! Crash The Banks and their fractional reserve monetary system!

So I will leave you with a simple question, "What would happen if there was a coordinated run on the Banks?"

Thanks again for reading.

The #crypto moon mission would reroute to mars.

Quite easy, immediately a limitation would be put on withdrawals, like in Greece in 2015...
It just wouldn’t be allowed, or the ECB would interfere and put in emergency lending to the banks that are hit

It is just as @pele23 states.

There isn't enough paper notes in existence to withstand any kind of surge in people withdrawing funds.
So, if the banks did nothing, the ATMs would quickly run out and the banks would have to honestly say they had no notes to give out. Of course, all of your money is still safe inside the bank, they would say.

But, really, the govern-cement gets involved rather quickly and imposes maximum withdraw limits.
Lines for ATMs would become rather long, rather quickly.

In the end, the sad thing is that no banks would collapse. People see it as a crisis caused by people or circumstances. They do not see that the problem is the banking system.
