I was planning on doing a followup post regarding some of the themes developed in the last Spygate News post, but there were TWO developments last night that should take precedence.

• The first is Roger Stone's challenge to present the "evidence of Russia hacking" that is the base of the government's case against him
• The second are the results of a FOIA request that reveal a Mueller Team entrapment operation aimed at George Papadopoulos.

Roger Stone has filed legal documents demanding that the Department of Justice produce evidence supporting the predicate used against him, the "fact" (cough, cough, partisan claim, cough, cough)that the "Russians hacked the DNC emails"

Roger Stone Questions DOJ on Predicate of Russia DNC Hack

Stone, who was raided in the wee hours of the morning by more armed agents than the Obama administration sent to help reinforce Americans besieged at Benghazi, filed two separate motions:

• The first motion requires that the DOJ produces actual evidence that the Russians hacked the DNC and other servers.
  MOTION TO COMPEL UNREDACTED VERSIONS OF
  THE CROWDSTRIKE REPORTS

• The second motion requests the dismissal of evidence obtained against Stone based on unproven "Russia, Russia, Russia" allegations as fruit of the poisonous tree; in other words, based on information that was gathered illegally.

In essence Roger Stone is challenging the U.S. government to prove the DNC was hacked by Russians; and further he is refuting the validity of the FBI using a private organization, Crowdstrike, as a valid investigative and determinative body.

By now, you should know that the "evidence" of Russian hacking is hot garbage; the fact that a contractor for the DNC (cough, cough, conflict of interest, cough, cough), instead of the FBI, provided the forensic "investigation" is buttreseed by these technical explanations

Finally, Seth Rich, the DNC staffer murdered in 2016, has been identified as a possible source for a leak for the DNC emails. I shouldn't have to spell this out in crayon for leftists, but a leak is not a hack, nor is a DNC staffer a Russian. Seth Rich was most likely killed by a professional killer.

Taken in combination with hindsight of the search for the cash, and lack of a pre-existing warrant at the airport, this is clear evidence of a coordinated operation to entrap Papadopoulos.

, the preferred approach toward targeting Paul Manafort, Mike Flynn and George Papadopoulos surrounded FARA (Foreign Agent Registration Act) lobbying violations. Papadopoulos has stated the special counsel threatened him with charges of acting as a unregistered agent for Israel. There’s a clear picture here.

• It looks like Giuliani is NOT going to the Ukraine...hopefully his announcement served as a canary trap

• The Democrats can't seem to make up their mind whether they want Mueller to testify at their witch hunt. One thing for sure, if Mueller refuses to testify, they won't be holding him in contempt. Just another demonstration of the hypocrisy and the failure to apply due process.
