The crisis of irremovable power

Today, May 7, 2018, Putin for the fourth time became the president of Russia with unlimited powers, taking into account the controlled parsley Medvedev this is the fifth time. During this time, a new generation of people in Russia has already been born and grown up, who are not aware of the hard 90's and do not understand the problems of the Soviet period of our long-suffering country at all.

These young people are a generation of the Internet, a social environment on a new technological level. They are accustomed to creating horizontal communities without the participation of the state, they need a free life without borders and prohibitions, Russia's integration into the whole world.

They are people of the future, and every second they create a new reality in their actions, in which there is no place for an irremovable, omnipotent power inclined to insane violence ... But it is getting into the affairs of people of a new generation, trying to impose their own rules of life on them, which more to become like a solid fake: sleeping institutions, cartoons about fictitious power, kilograms of botox, imitation of strength, etc., etc.

Heavy overtaking modernization

Russia has always been a backward country in a technical, scientific and managerial sense. When the industrial revolution began in England, serfdom was toughened. While Europe, North America and Japan were covered by industrial enterprises in Russia, land rent remained the main source of income.

Industrial production leads to the creation of a greater added value than agricultural production, moreover it requires the complexity of management systems, therefore, countries with advanced technologies in the 18th century democratized step by step. There was a process of inclusion, gradually more and more restrictions on participation in the management of various groups of people were filmed.

This is the process of freeing people, just what Karl Marx dreamed of. Agrarian production is quite well living under archaic control systems, which are based on coercion and violence. Any extraction of rental income from land, hydrocarbons or other natural resources does not require any freedom and democracy, on the contrary, the usual hierarchical structure fits very well.

True, such regimes are extremely unstable. The fact is that in democratic countries, the middle class restricts large business through inclusive institutions in its desire to monopolize all markets and turn the entire population into poor people and cuts off the desire of various marginalized polarized groups to shake the social order. But in modes where the main income is obtained from rent the middle layer, independent of the power is not formed at all.

Dominated just by polarized groups: the division into rich and poor, on national, racial, ethnic grounds, conflict-authoritarian groups flourish. This creates an environment of social instability, these groups struggle for a piece of pie from rent, undermine public institutions in order to seize power.

Overtaking development

Moreover, overtaking development in the backward countries, like Russia, also creates problems. In addition to instability due to the eternal war of all against everyone for rental income, the problem of the poverty line occurs, when the incentives for investment in technological capital are cropped.

This problem leads to a gap between the old management system and new technologies that require a modern more complex management system through democratic procedures. A trap of negative incentives is formed: people prefer redistribution, where they invest all their resources, and not creation, because it is in a zone of high risk because of poor quality institutions.

Reform the institutions and make them a modern incentive for no one, so there is no point in spending resources on it. In addition, modern institutions always launch not only the process of creating added value, but also creative destruction.

And this is the verdict of a hierarchical backward system of governance, the undermining of power and the threat to any assets that are managed inefficiently.And in underdeveloped countries, as a rule, all assets are managed extremely inefficiently, because the government blocks any competition.

So a vicious circle is formed: there are no modern institutions and there are no incentives for their education. The more life through new technologies invades ineffective management systems, the more power is trying to isolate itself from new challenges and the more rapidly the gap between new technological standards and old management systems grows.

The example can serve as a terrible tragedy in Kemerovo, where many people died in the shopping center, most of them children, and ridiculous attempts by Roskomposopor to block Telegram. A new technological era has arrived, the world has changed greatly over the past 20 years.

Added value is now produced in huge numbers, not even in industry, but in IT, the main income is now received by technology companies that produce new technologies. This is a different world, without borders, states and wars. Now the income can be obtained only from the creative ability of each person through investments in technological capital. To the control systems in this case, new requirements arise.

They should as little as possible interfere in the affairs of citizens, so as not to interfere with the manifestation of creativity, but at the same time create a safe environment.

Society of Ostriches

The fear of change pushes people into the embrace of the past, it is symbolized by Putin. The trouble is that life is described by the laws of open non-equilibrium systems and here it never "... does not happen, as before ...". Each time a new reality is formed, any attempts to lie down on the past lead to a backlog and a growing chasm between modern technologies and established traditions.

Innovations in such a society are impossible and an amusing gap is created between aspirations and cruel reality. People want to live in the past, they are directed to their hearts, create happy patterns in their heads that need to be used to organize life in the future.

But life is not only dreams and delusions about the great past, which will necessarily settle itself into a no less great tomorrow, but a place where one must study at school, institute, go to work, earn money. And this is already a reality, where the authorities destroy independent business, block Telegram, hamper the growth and prosperity of citizens' welfare.

And all this again personified in Putin. It turns out to be a funny thing: a lot of people are in a ruptured state, they collapse between different realities and the only link, the point of the pulling together of all forces is the sun. Such a kind of pendulum from the slavish love of animal hatred. So I see modern life: tens of millions of ostriches shoved their heads in the sand between the past and the future ...
