Came out really nice!
The crew did did a great job. Didn’t mess up the grass much, and cleaned up once the job was complete. I gave them some extra money for taking down and putting back up the fence, which wasn’t in the contract but they spent some time doing that. Was only fair.

Was expensive but worth the investment. Who wants weeds and grass growing where you should be lounging?
Damn that was quick! You are getting good at finding and managing good contractors (which IS a skill.)
With all that space, you could have planters, lounge furniture sets, a bar AND some space.
It will be neat to see how you outfit it if you haven't spent all the money on the surface. ;)
Thanks man. Yes we are already trying to figure out how to use the space. May build a pergola to add some shade.
Managing contractors is not easy. Big trust factors involved and they always seem to want to add something or change a deal...contracts mean very little to them lol.
