The tauhwa man

A few days in a week, this man would cycle and stop around my office area, selling his Touhua ( beancurd pudding) . He comes from another city and everyday he would wake up at 4 am to make the beancurd and proceed to sell them.

He usually stops by our office around lunch time and by that time he is only left with a little of it. These days it is quite hard to find people selling it since the process of making it is harder than other street snacks so Im eternally grateful that he sells it.
