Powell Unleashes Most Powerful Buying Frenzy Since February VIXplosion

The words "just below neutral rate" send off a buying frenzy in the stock market not seen in a while.

Shortly after noon, the market took the Powell headline and ran with it. While Powell did not say anything actually different from what was said before, the market heard what it wanted.

Even if things have not changed that greatly on the Fed front, the markets might be in position to stage a year end rally.
