The MSM took the bait, they are now bashing the Fed saying they shouldn't be cutting rates they should be raising rates, making it seem like they don't know what they are doing. Powell said that it wouldn't be a good idea if the US went back on the gold standard, if the US was back on the gold standard there would be no need for the Fed.
