Spoilt and Inspired...
Had such a wonderful Mother's Day!!! So much so that I took almost no photos, which says a lot lol! Woke up to a beautiful card from my very special little man and a bottle of delicious blanc de noir from Boschendal (which I am apparently allowed to look at but not drink haha). We decided to head back to the market at Blaauwklippen (with our moms) because we were in the mood for something chilled and well, the food is good, the music is great, the wine is fabulous and there is a market... and girls LOVE markets... hahahaha!!! Needless to say, all of the ladies walked away with something new!
I added a couple of gorgeous ponchos to my winter wardrobe (notably the gorgeous olive green lace one) and coupled with all the other spoils I received from my mom.... including a lottery ticket Haha... it inspired me to do what I have been planning to get to for weeks now, and that was to do my Summer to Winter wardrobe swap. Nothing beats a revamped closet and now all the sandals have been packed away and the boots are screaming for attention hehe!! I shall go to sleep now, simply so I can wake up and gaze into my beautifully organized winter wardrobe! Hehe.... oh the simple pleasures... I hope all moms were as spoilt as I was today!
