A few banana facts
When it comes to fruit, the banana is my absolute favourite.
To me it is an easy fruit to eat, really delicious and very good for health.
Bananas give us potassium which is beneficial to the body and everyone should be eating at least one every day.
The banana peels can also be rubbed on to teeth to remove stains - just take the peel and rub the inside of it on to the teeth and leave for a few minutes.
The more ripe the banana, the better it works.
Never throw away banana peels as they can also be used to give potassium to your plants.
Simply cut the peel into small pieces and put around your plants - roses love this - but all plants will benefit.
This versatile fruit is well known in recipes - banana bread, muffins, smoothies, sliced into jellies - I could go on and on, but wherever it is used, it is beneficial.
Bananas are my favorite fruit.. and i haven't had one in over a month. Ever since starting the keto-friendly menu plan. They have the highest number of carbs for fruit so I have to bypass them... sadly.

Wow sounds very useful. I would use it as fertilizer instead of removing stain on my teeth. I wonder if it tastes bitter.
