The Twelve-Factor App

One of my coworkers introduced me to a concept that has somehow slipped my radar: The Twelve-Factor App. It's basically a complete guide to the development process for web-based software. Maybe a roadmap would be a better description. I'm reading through it and it's already given me a good deal of reflection on my companies current processes and how we can improve.
