Responding to the Differences of Opinions in the #Steemit Community in #Promo-Steem Activities

Difference is a thing that can not be denied by humans. The more advanced the development of the era, the difference is more clearly visible. Differences do not look at feathers, be it big or small things will be no difference. And whatever human effort to avoid the difference, surely that difference will always remain. Likewise, in a #steemit community that runs #promo-steem activities there must be differences of opinion among fellow steemians. In everyday life, we all must often feel the difference. One of the many differences we often encounter is the difference in expressing opinions. Each steemian is entitled to have his own opinion / opinion / argument in terms of engaging in a #promo-steem activity. And I think that's a very natural thing.

When we raise a topic and believe in the truth of the topic, it is not necessarily true according to other stealth views and views. So is the opposite when another steemian says the same thing to us. Not yet we can take it for granted. And it is natural and legitimate, provided we can restrain ourselves and do not always give importance to our own ego. And we should be able to respect and appreciate the opinions of others as much as we respect ourselves. The problem is how we respond to differences of opinion itself. This will be solved depending on how each of us responds to the differences of opinion we face.

If we think for a few minutes before we actually say something, it will help a lot of both the other steemians and ourselves, to begin the settlement of dissent. If possible, empathize with another steemian, so it will become clearer and understand deeper, as if it were us in their position. Not everyone can do this until we try. If the atmosphere of discussion begins to move 'heated up', let it cool before we continue to seek further resolution of opinions / opinions / arguments. Just listen to the opinions of our colleagues, without expressing our opinion that might trigger further conflict. Avoid being judgmental, evaluating or imposing our thoughts on them. Try to observe the other person's body language as a tip that not only helps us in reading the situation, but also relieves the tension.

I personally think and commit that the purpose of being a member in the #steemit community is to make friends or add more friends, and add insight into #steemit and #promo-steem activities. When I find a friend who does not understand or until I do not want to receive criticism and suggestions, I prefer to stop commenting or silence. I did so in order to avoid prolonged problems and cause hostility.
