Greetings to all steemian friends ... !!! Hopefully still in good health always so that can move in steemit. On this wonderful occasion I will try to describe the key to success in developing #steemit community on the #promo-steem activities.

As we know that the development of a #steemit community can not be separated from the concepts, strategies and joint implementation among steemian members is necessary to be applied in order to achieve the success of #promo-steem activities. In my opinion, the principle of #steemit community development that must be mainstream is strongly influenced by the repertoire of knowledge and information we get. For those of you who are steemian active in activities of #promo-steem and active community in #steemit should be able to follow the following principles.

Always do the principles of democracy within the community.

Community decision-making should involve all members of the steemian and participate in determining the success of the #promo-steem activities. Priority decision-making of #promo-steem activities should be open and fairly decided together. Included in the election of the team leader is also chosen openly and mutually agreed. In carrying out community #promo-steem activities should be fair to all members of the steemian indiscriminately.

Mutual care and participation in the community.

Communities should promote individual human rights to create peace. Differences are not an excuse to judge a fellow steemian.
