Greetings to all steemian friends ... !!! May we all be in good health always. On this occasion I would like to discuss about when the communication in the team did not run effectively in the #promo-steem activities. As we know if the communication within the team are good then we will see a regular workflow and team members will also sync with each other mutually when conducting #promo-steem. Clear priority on each steemian and a small chance of a bad shock. Another case if if a team does not establish effective communication then the things mentioned above will be far from wishful thinking. Most steemians do not realize that if communication is not well established in a team it will cause many problems. There are some signs if in a team does not make effective communication.

Results of Work / Promo-Steem Activities will be far from expectations.

When this happens, it may be caused by several things. The first possibility for not doing enough in the initial communication to ensure that all tasks are delegated steemian on the understanding, meaning that every steemian needs more time to get a detailed explanation and showing the right end result on-steem promotion activities. The second cause, when conducting #promo-steem with a long period of time, the team leader should always check #promo-steem activities carried out by members steemian to be aware of any progress and avoid a gap between what is expected to actually happen.

Not Taking Care of Set Deadline.

If a steemian member passes the prescribed time limit, the steeming member does not understand the deadline and they also do not understand that deadlines are important to note.

There is No Mutual Beliefs among the Steemians.

If a team leader does not believe that a steeming member can do a #promo-steem activity then this will be a problem in a #steemit community. This is caused by the team leader who does not delegate the promo-steem activities correctly from the start. Broadly speaking, the distrust of teamwork is a serious problem.

Differences Vision And Mission.

This is a very important thing to be understood by all the steemian members who do the #promo-steem activity that is the meaning of success for them. Sometimes the team leader is less concerned about this. As a result, members of steemian sometimes have things they think are important to achieve (what should be prioritized and focused), which is totally different from what is believed ileh team leader.
If we find things like the above often happen in our steemit community, then we should immediately do an evaluation to fix how to communicate in our team. With effective communication, each steemian member can mobilize all of their best abilities to achieve mutual success.
