Good morning guys, this is @bait002 the founder of the offline minnow school where minnows are mentored and groomed. Today, I will be talking about three vital components in the mind of every successful blogger.

This post is about the vital ingredients that you must miss if you have to start making things happen for you. I tell you this, in order to achieve this, you have to be creative, flexible and disciplined.

Be creative

Being creative means your ability to look beyond what is not and make something out of it. It lies in your ability to proffer solutuons to problems in such a way that no one could have imagined. That's why the word always goes hand in hand with the word initiative. That is, to initiate something. A creative person doesn't wait for others they simply initiate things to effect the change they would like to see. What will separate your steemit blog from the next 10 or 1000 is your power to effect creative changes that will not only affect you, but also have a strong positive impact on your audience.

this question should underly your pursuit of this quest; can I give?

Be flexible

I mentioned earlier that creativity is key and that creativity has to do with change. Your flexibility is what will keep you sane in the face of though changes. Things will not always go the way you planned. I know that sometimes things don't go just the way we planned. We expected this, and now that is happening. Flexibility will help you adjust to such changes. Some of us have been here on steemit for so long and honestly have seen tides in the scheme of rewards. Most times we don't earn as much and it leads to some sort of discouragement. Staying flexible will help you adjust and up your game when necessary.

Be disciplined

Discipline is the force that keeps you moving even when you don't feel like. I see a lot of steemians quit and get discouraged due to a lack in this aspect. We blog today, then don't show up for the next twelve days and expecting what exactly? I said this few months ago and most of the minnows I train know that very well;

your steemit blog is like a farm land; abandoning it can only make it worse.

Imagine a farmer abandoning his farm for months just because he doesn't feel like? That would be a disaster. This is why you have to keep showing up regardless of how you feel. Discipline does that single tax for you. Discipline in this context means, SELF DISCIPLINE; meaning there're no external forces involved now. We are in a decentralized ecosystem and never expect someone give you the required push.

That is why you have to be committed to treating your blog as an integral part of who you are. And the more you work on your self discipline, the more the positive impact will be on your blog and ultimately your audience.

we are watching that blog of yours and we can clearly see the inconsistencies...

Think about that for a bit friend!

Thank you very much for reading. It's been a pleasing pleasure. I hope you make some commitment to be creative, flexible and disciplined as a response to the content of this article and thereby build the best version of your blog.

know this and always remember that your blog can always get better...
