Good morning guys this is @bait002 the founder of the offline minnow school; where minnows are mentored and groomed. Today I will be talking about the aims and achievements of the offline minnow school for those who don’t know already.

WHAT WE DO

Basically we mentor minnows but absolutely, we convert success on steemit to success in real life. Our goal is to create a new breed of entrepreneurs totally free from government and corruption. We happen to be living in a country where the level of dependence on government is way too high and that’s not a problem. But the problem however is that, the government doesn’t really care. We have come to meet young people with beautiful dreams yet never conceptualized just because they wait for the state. The offline minnow school is a liberating agent; making these young people know that it’s possible to be free from the oppressions of the state and the corruption of its agents.

HOW TO DO WHAT WE DO?

The power lies in the item of economic influence each and every individual owns. If it’s not labour then It’s capital. We understand the power of inherent abilities (potential). We do encourage these young people to develop their lives’ vision by helping them leverage on the power of STEEM. We teach them to use steem to fulfill their dreams by getting the word about the value they create out here. We spend time scouting these talented individuals and recruit them on the crew.

WHERE WE INTEND TO GO

We believe that the Offline Minnow School will be heralding one major entrepreneurial move in Nigeria and Africa at large. We will be having the best entrepreneurs, musicians and craft people emerge from this initiative. We have already started and the response of these young people have been amazing. We will be sponsoring contests that’s aimed at achieving all these goals. Some of those contests will include;
• Offline open-mic sessions
• Art and craft exhibitions
• Business shows; where individuals will come up with various business models and proposals.
• Steem-week magazines
The basic idea behind all these is to challenge individuals to impress themselves and unleash the hidden potentials in them. We know the way forward for the third-world nations, and that way isn’t government intervention, it is the establishment of a world-view that’s it’s possible with our own hands. The offline minnow school teaching this idea through steemit.

We must also confess that great ideas have started emerging since the start of this initiative. One of those mind-blowing inventions is steemexchanger.ng (an exchange that converts SBD/STEEM to fiat under an automated process). Expect more to come from us in a short while …
