Teamwork is the ability to work together toward a common vision. The ability to direct individual accomplishments toward organizational objectives. It is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results - Andrew Carnegie.

I'd like you to know that without a proper team work real success is impossible. We can't do so much by ourselves. With the help pf other peoples resources, ideas, talents and effort, we don't only success easier and faster but we also help them exploit their God given talent and abilities. With this we can possibly become what ever longed top achieve.

There's an adage that says ''Team work makes the dream work'' this is basically true reason is one individual consist of small greatness. Check very well, for every great enterprise there's at least a team of 2 people. The Microsoft was discovered by Bill Gate, Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak. Steve Wozniak on the other hand found Apple. According to ''Bo Shembechler, he said;

when your team is winning, be ready to be tough, because winning can make you soft. On the other hand, when your team is losing, stick by them. Keep believing.

Nevertheless, the capability to get quite a number of people to work together is an exceptional value, and when this is mastered is's greatly beneficial. We have some coaches like Vince Lombardi, he had the capability to transform his team from ordinary to extra-ordinary, his team attained success matchless in the history of football games. And also, Hitler made the entire country to do what he actually wanted in some couple of years. The world would have benefited greatly if Hitler's purpose were effective and constructive.

As time goes by, a true and genuine leader is expected to assist his people to become better and reformed as time goes by. Hence a leader a true leader must posses character and quality in him, and shouldn't be influenced by ordinary desires and emotions, and should also be able to stand strong alone in his feet.

Recognize Your Full Potential
We as humans, we first of all have a lot of limitations. Some people are good at some things, while others are just opposite. Nevertheless, when you're a member of a team it's quite easier to acknowledge people's full potential because someone's weakness is another person's strength. The team becomes more powerful and effective when the strengths of the members are combined.

Being a member of an ever growing team gives everyone the capability to manage their weakness by learning the things they lack from each other. One member of the team may be good when giving a speech but on the, but on the other hand he's a lousy salesperson. Another might be an expert in sales but finds it difficult when balancing financial records

The team grows and become stronger when the members support each other. Using your brains isn't an offence, but always welcome the brains and ideas of others.

Leaders are just Part of the Team
Irrespective of whoever the leader of the team is, be it a junior staff, senior manager or junior manager of any organization; am glad to announce to you that you're just a team member. No doubts your role could be considered different from others, but all the same each team member has their own area of responsibility so there's nothing special about it.

A true leader carries the mentality of ''i'm part of the team''. I just happen to be the game changer and the one in charge, being a leader doesn't mean the leader con achieve the goal personally. That's were teams are first of all created.

Although the leader has to exert a certain level of authority sometimes just to ensure the team and then members are functioning correctly and properly. All the same, just note that you're still part of the team.
