source Good morning, I’m @raymondbruce the founder of steemit_extention and the co-founder of the offline minnow school.
Steemit_extention is a project setup for the purpose of promoting steemit on facebook and depopulating the kingdom of facebook.
The offline minnow school is a project organized to assist and mentor minnows on steemit, through an offline and online class for minnows and promote steemit by organizing campaigns and meetups, currently we have produced over 100 minnows and mentoring about 30 of them.
Time is a common commodity given to all human as our living right,
time Is the only commodity we all have equal portion, some individuals may have more money than others, some more weight than others while some may have more steem than others but everyone has equal 24 hours making one day. That leads us to the essential aspect of "Time"; what you spend your time on, that's what will work out for you.
If you want to make it well on steemit then you need to start adding value to the community.
People pay for value and not for worthless things. When an individual is employed to work in a firm or organization, his remuneration is usually a reflection of his perceived value in the eyes of his employer (what the individual can offer to the firm).
When demand for a goods or service, the amount they are will yo pay is a function of the value attached to such goods or service (the utility derived from consumption).
Individuals are generally paid in life in direct proportion to the work they do, how well they do it and how difficult to get a replacement.
if you noticed, the manager of a firm is always been paid more that the labourers. Although the labours work is more difficult than the managers work. But in life what matters is value and not power.
Therefore , if you want to be known in the Steemit community you have to become a value-adder. Add value to yourself and to your and your blog.
you being a steemian, have you ever wondered why most times you dropped a well defined and quality article but the upvote you will get can not be compared to what a whale will get from his two lined article?
That is simply because of what the whale has contributed to the community, his importance to the eco system.
If you want to be a high valued steemian, you need to start putting in and not taking out.
If you want to get noticed, you performance has to be exceptional. Your ovation on steemit will be directly proportional to your donations.
Become an active participant in your life's upward mobility. Move via your contributiond and diligence to that place where the resources and increase of the land can gracefully walk into your hands. In our case that will be steemit.
