A very good dissection of the manipulation techniques perfected by Saul Alinsky. These techniques are many - but, fundamentally, they are not particularly complex.
Psychological manipulation is, in my humble opinion, extremely effective - but only on those not familiar with the techniques involved. So this sort of material is very useful indeed as, when it comes to facing somebody well versed in psychological manipulation, being warned most certainly means being well armed.
