SIMPLE WAYS TO REMOVE STRESS IN HOME CONDITIONS

When there is no time to visit the SPA center, create your own oasis at home. The following are ways to help you relax at home.



Meditation



Meditations have been used for millennia in order to learn to develop calm. Also in Eastern culture, mantras were used for relaxation. Choose a positive word, such as love, peace or joy, and repeat it silently or out loud.


Calm yourself



Remember how a capricious child helps to calm down and turn into an angel's dream? Give yourself five minutes of rest. Take two pillows, one of which is placed between the knees. This is a very comfortable posture for relaxation.


Take a mental vacation



If you need to reduce stress, find a place in your room and arrange a vacation that will take place in your head. Close your eyes and imagine a quiet place, visualize the places and smells. The more vivid pictures you draw in your mind, the more your body will relax.


Honey Mask



Add some time for relaxation during your evening dress. Do not forget to use the secret ingredient. Honey! Natural antibiotic makes the skin noticeably softer and more moist. Apply honey on your face, avoiding the area around the eyes, leave for 10 minutes, then rinse with warm water.


Sea salt bath



Recover from a long day in the bathroom by adding a cup of sea salt. Salt washes away dirt from the skin. To achieve a rejuvenating effect, add a few drops of your favorite essential oil and light the candles.


Use lavender



Numerous experiments prove that the smell is of paramount importance for relaxation. Sprinkle a few drops of essential oil on the cloth or your pillow, use a diffuser or lavender toilet water.


Be thankful for what you have



Studies show that you need to list yourself every day, for which you are grateful. This affects good sleep and the ability to relax.


Breathe deeply

Breathe consciously. Take a full breath: inhale deeply with your stomach, and then try to exhale everything to the last drop. This simple action blocks the reaction to stress. Breathe deeply before responding to a conflict situation.
