DEALING WITH CYBER BULLYING (PT1)
Cyber bullying is not just common in kids, adults are affected by it just as kids. I remember watching a video of a lady sharing her story of how she almost took her life because of internet trolls. If something as common as trolls can affect someone that much, how much more threats against life, career and relationships.
Cyber bully involves the use of pictures, videos, writeups, abusive words, implicating materials against a person's life, character, job either as a threat or defamation of character, etc. it takes place online. If you are an active social media users. chances are you must have been trolled or bullied at some point. Most times cyber bullies are strangers but on some occasions, it could be someone you know, it might be a psycho Ex. No matter the situation, no one deserves to be bullied..
The first thing you should know is that Cyber bullies/trolls are cowards that hide behind a computer to spew trash. They are usually very classless and if they are to see you physically, there are chances that they don't even fit your social status. Think about for a second, if someone has a good life, he/she won't have the time to troll/bully people. Trolls and bullies are bitter people that are looking for people to unleash their frustrations on. Don't stoop to their level.
It's so sad that something as great as the internet has given bullies teeth, but as we all know, we can't control people's actions but we can control how we react to them. It can be emotionally exhausting to deal with a bully, it's even worse when it's someone you know. I've been bullied by a psycho Ex so I know how these things can affect a person. Which is why I want to be sharing how to deal with a Cyber Bully and internet trolls.
