Psychology: One Good, Bad Thing! You Believe?

Be good to others is important and the most important thing is to be good to yourself.
Show love to others is important but the most important thing is self-love.

Are asking why this statement? In my journey of Blockchain Technology some days ago I experienced something that made me have a change of mind after a moment of meditation. Do you have time to watch your progress? How do you manage your time, goals, progress and processes? Many reasons resulted to not focusing on one's self and this is the most important aspect of our life, work, business, and our family. Over time, we thinking more about others and forget our goals, pursuit and before you know it and wasting your time at the expense of helping others. When you care too much for others it is very possible you shift your focus away from yourself which can make you not to manage your progress or even achieve your goals.

Facts To Consider

  • Don't Be Too Much Into Others

Are you teaching a selfish mindset these days or as anyone offends you? What resulted to change of attitude? These are some of the question running inside of many of you now. When you take a measure of your progress and study closely what has happened to you, your growth is the determinate of action you take. Separating yourself from others can limit your progress and not concentrating on yourself can kill your focus. When you lay down your budget, to manage it depend on you, not others, you need to take control of yourself, discipline yourself on something and make sure you don't allow the love you have for others shift your focus, aim, plan, the goal you had from the beginning. When you are too into others, you begin to think the same way, especially if such fellow has more influence on you, you need to find yourself and stay focus.

This one point is what I will dwell more on;

As this happened to you? Due to your closeness to a business, project, someone, the moment something strange happened your conscious and subconscious mind will have to go into the mood of thinking for hours and this might make you stay awake all the night. This is because we care too much about the fellow, business, and project, the moment we recognize who we are in the process and follow certain things which will keep our focus on oneself, it will keep you mentally and physically fit.

Here Are The Things To Do

  • Stay Away From Those That Don't Give Importance To Us

You don't need to check them out after you recognize that they never contribute to your movement rather you are spending your time, love, care and resources on them. Why do you check track on their social media update, to monitor to progress? It will only keep you in distress, cut off and stay focus on yourself.

  • Get A New Thing To Concentrate Upon

Do you have a wish to concentrate on the new thing but due to some logistic you are unable to do so? The moment you establish that fact, concentrate on that new thing you desire and pursue it. Yes, it may seem small, since your heart desires it, go for it.

  • Change Your Environment

The change of environment opens you to many opportunities that you may not see when you are so attached to one thing. This life has given us countless of opportunities it is oneself to search for them and manage them to suit our goals.

  • Seek For Love Ones, Spend Time With Them

This is important. You need to know where you belong. Are you loved? Why do you think they love you? The moment your psychology reason picture the love amidst where you belong it will definitely teach you what to do at the right time. Never waste your time within those that never love you, they will never think of your progress. Who checkmate you, love you. Who challenges you, loves you. Who make sure your growth is important, loves you. Find them and stick to them.

The last and what I cherish most is Be Thankful and Help others to the top.

Understanding the fact that you need to take care of yourself, so also you need to be thankful you have that opportunity by expressing it to people around you. You start to border about someone when you see they love you not because of what they want but just because they see your importance and you replicate that love in return. The only thing that can give your inner peace is the care for others. No matter what you are passing through, make sure you are able to lift someone up and never shift focus on your goals.
