The last module of the course offered to me. It is short and easy to study, but in my opinion the most important in the course, because human health and workplace safety are important factors to ensure the effective implementation of specific tasks of any enterprise. People come to work, they communicate with each other, with the company's management, performing various production tasks. From their care, concentration, vigilance depends on their own individual safety, preventing individual accidents in the workplace. Previously, it was believed that individual accidents or accidents occur only with unlucky people. But later, in the course of research scientists, psychologists have come to a completely different conclusion. Any person is subject to an accident if he is inattentive, thoughtful, tired, immersed in stress and his own thoughts, not concentrating on his own actions.

Speaking about safety, it must be said that safety is a combination of human actions, the surrounding control system and technological processes. For example: the pilot trainee, did not notice that the alarm was lit on the control panel. What can it lead to, what are the consequences? Possible accident, disaster, anything... It is important to understand why the pilot trainee made such a mistake? Perhaps he had not enough qualified mentors and teachers. Perhaps the school where the future pilot studied had a limited budget and therefore did not have the opportunity to give as many lessons as necessary to consider all kinds of emergency situations? Either fatigue or your own carelessness? All this is achievable in the course of research and analysis of the pilot.

Large-scale accidents with multiple victims, plane crash, disaster in railway transport, in coal mines, at mines, etc. the Analysis of these accidents can improve the control system , to conduct various technical and engineering activities, establishment of communication systems at various levels of technological process enable to reduce the number of such accidents and thereby save the lives of many people. So experience, research and analysis of security failures is one way to learn about the psychology of security. Psychology helps to maintain safety in the workplace, if employees are vigilant and attentive to their actions. Employees are motivated to achieve specific goals and objectives, as well as the company's management has the skills and knowledge to preserve and prevent accidents, develop technical instructions on labor protection and safety in the workplace. Ensuring individual safe actions by each employee in interaction with the safety of equipment and equipment, as well as the company's management, ensuring the systematic safe operation of its employees is the key to preventing accidents in the workplace and improving safe work for each employee and the whole company's team in different areas of work.
** How to make a healthy workplace?**

There is no doubt that the workplace affects the psychological and physiological health of employees. For example, stressful situations in the company can lead to stress and psychological consequences that can be expressed in anxiety and even lead to depression. Staying in a stressful situation in the workplace over time can lead to diseases of the cardiovascular system, lower immunity, back diseases. Psychologists began to study the causes of stress. For example, in case of poor management, the causes of conflicts can be: payment for the same work to different employees is different, without explaining the reasons, the increase in duties for the same payment that the employee received before, ignoring employee appeals and violation of feedback. In such a situation, the employee quickly burns out and he lost the motivation to work with full dedication of their forces and abilities. He goes to the doctor and gets a job release due to depression. The management of the company bears the material costs of treatment, at the same time the work of the employee is not performed. It would be easier for the management to create a favorable atmosphere in the workplace, more often to praise employees for the work done, to correctly form tasks between employees and I am sure that in such a team there would be less stressful situations and employees did not go on hospital days, leaving their work. This would be a benefit for the company Manager, as well as health and a favorable working environment would contribute to the safety and health in the workplace.

Psychologists have identified four approaches to solving the stress situation, depending on the individual ability of the individual.

The first approach-a person is ready for conflict and knows that he can get out of the conflict situation without consequences for his health. The second approach is dependence on the way of thinking, stress is a challenge or an obstacle. If we consider that stress is a challenge, then in such a situation, a person mobilizes the protective reactions of his body and often does not cause such a situation. In the case of the perception of stress as an obstacle, then most often for people it brings additional anxiety and experiences that can have significant consequences for health. The third approach is what control an employee has in the workplace. If an employee believes that he performs his work autonomously and controls himself, then in a conflict situation, such an employee will cope with stress faster, because autonomy helps people feel stronger and keep the situation under control. The fourth approach - personal resources, which include the level of energy, the ability to confront conflicts, positive experience in the work, the support of the head, a good sleep. If the employee has not slept he is unlikely to be in a good mood and perform their work efficiently. Accordingly, the Manager can make some comments and cause a conflict situation that will lead to stress.
Health, safety and productivity.

Having studied two sections of the topic, I understand that safety and health in the workplace is an important aspect of any company. The safer the work of employees, the higher the prestige of the enterprise. Safety and healthy workplaces improve the reputation of the company. Of course, on the contrary, if the company violates the safety standards of workplaces, which entail individual injuries and accidents of employees, the reputation of such a company is very low and it is unlikely that anyone will want to work at such enterprises and enter into contracts with it. For the business itself, it is more profitable to create safe jobs and create a healthy working environment, encouraging employees to work effectively. Healthy and energetic people always bring more benefit to their enterprise than sick and conflict people.
**My conclusions on this topic:

A healthy working atmosphere in the team is definitely important for me. During my work none of my employees has been injured at the workplace, so my work as a Manager was organized at the proper level and I clearly informed the team about safety at the workplace. One thing I can regret is that I did not care enough about the health of employees, in terms of colds, I had to go to the hospital even when the employees resisted it themselves. In General, I had a great pleasure studying the course "Psychology at work". Once again I experienced all the moments of my former work experience, which is largely consistent with the recommendations of psychologists, how to organize the working process in the team, so that employees feel comfortable in the workplace and can effectively perform the tasks I set.
