Nossa "classe trabalhadora" genética
Uma reflexão sobre a função que talvez nasçamos para cumprir.
Seja por causa de genética, tradição histórica ou cultura, todos cabemos na sociedade. Faz sentido, pois não podemos ter tudo de uma só vez. Um garçom muito talentoso não seria facilmente substituído por um artista 3D.
Há muito mais formigas operárias numa colônia do que de outro tipo. Isso é necessário para sustentar seu sistema e serve como exemplo de uma pirâmide de classes perfeita. Acredito que isso também aconteça com nós, humanos, e que apenas não saibamos identificar isso.
Não somos apenas indivíduos. Somos parte de uma espécie. A humanidade tende a se manter equilibrada, e assim como a proporção mundial de homens para mulheres nunca vai longe dos 50%, precisamos de muito mais pessoas no nível operário para manter nossa organização como um todo funcionando.
Por isso, o respeito vem primeiro. Todos temos dons igualmente importantes. Não importa qual o seu emprego ou como sua mente funciona, você tem um lugar, mesmo que possa ainda não ter descoberto qual é ele.
