A emoção da felicidade nos da mais forças do que pensamos.
A emoção de estar feliz não tem preço, tudo fica mais intenso
e fazemos com mais prazer, desde uma única caminhada até
um serviço pesado.
Podemos estar tristes e veremos nesses mesmos dias que a
nossa energia se esgota mais rápido.
Temos que fazer as coisas que gostamos para manter a felicidade
mas também para conseguir manter essa felicidade temos que
conseguir manter forças nos dias tristes para não se afundar
mais ainda, vamos manter as forças e continuar sempre!
