Minha reputação esta crescendo, sem saber direito como, mas estou feliz com isso. Por isso resolvi dar uma pesquisada para saber como isso acontece, pra compartilhar aqui com vocês.

Via de regra as contas com maior reputação são mais antigas e com postagens regulares. Mas as exceções tb existem. Já encontrei conta aberta à 1 mês, com um único post que arrecadou mais de 300 dólares, com reputação 58. Não sei ao certo como essa conta é feita, mas vou listar algumas dicas que encontrei por aqui, que podem ajudar nessa missão.

• Construir uma reputação elevada é como criar confiança com seus leitores. Assim, postando apenas artigos de alta qualidade, você construirá uma relação de confiança entre você e seus leitores;
• A qualidade é mais importante que a quantidade, então investir tempo em um post é melhor do que desperdiçar horas em muitos posts;
• Você deve procurar por comentários que agreguem valor, caso contrário, não há necessidade de publicá-los. Ao criar comentários em postagens populares, você aumenta sua chance de as pessoas seguirem você;
• Tenha disciplina nas constância das suas postagens. Se suas postagens forem consistentes, as pessoas procurarão suas postagens diariamente para ler e votar;
• Evite todo tipo de títulos enganosos e de isca de clique, os leitores podem sinalizar seus posts. Ficar marcado irá destruir sua reputação, e será mais difícil para você se recuperar disso;
• O conteúdo de qualidade é importante, mas se você postá-los quando ninguém estiver navegando no site, sua postagem não receberá a atenção que merece. Além disso, se você ainda for novato, evite o horário de pico para reduzir sua concorrência com outros posts;
• Eu vejo muitas pessoas postando ótimos artigos com grandes idéias, mas eles falham miseravelmente quando se trata do layout dos posts. Suas postagens devem ser limpas e profissionais;
• Imagens, como diz o ditado, valem mais do que mil palavras. Elas vão fazer o seu post mais legível, portanto, mais provável de ser votado;
• Não fique frustrado porque seus posts não obtiveram os votos positivos que merecem. Os usuários não sabem quem você é ainda, então não espere que eles invistam seu tempo ou seu poder de Steem em algum usuário aleatório. Nesta fase você não deve se preocupar com quanto dinheiro está ganhando;
• Estamos todos competindo pelos votos das baleias. Sempre tente criar novas ideias para postagens. Assuntos que outros usuários ainda não tenham escrito;
• Eu entendo que peixinhos não têm tanto poder de voto, mas coletivamente eles atrairão baleias para o seu post, especialmente baleias-bot;
• Você deve respeitar seus seguidores de maneira inteligente e poupá-los de postagens ruins;
• Você deve aproveitar a transparência da rede do Steemit, quando se trata da atividade dos usuários, e tentar descobrir a razão por trás do sucesso de cada um;
• As pessoas escrevem melhor sobre coisas que gostam. Você deve tornar a sua experiência no Steemit agradável escrevendo sobre assuntos que gosta. Se não fizer isso você desistirá naturalmente.

Me parece que aumentar a reputação não é o objetivo principal, mas é um meio para aumentar a influência perante a comunidade. Uma ferramenta que tenho usado, por indicação do @matheusggr, é o https://steemworld.org/. Nele é possível ver, dentre várias coisas, a reputação exata, no painel principal.

• Avoid all sorts of misleading titles and click bait, readers can flag your posts. Staying marked will destroy your reputation, and it will be harder for you to recover from it;
• Quality content is important, but if you post them when no one is browsing the site, your post will not receive the attention it deserves. Also, if you're still new, avoid peak times to reduce your competition with other posts;
• I see many people post great articles with great ideas, but they fail miserably when it comes to the layout of the posts. Your posts should be clean and professional;
• Images, as the saying goes, are worth a thousand words. They will make your post more readable, therefore more likely to be voted;
• Do not get frustrated because your posts did not get the positive votes they deserve. Users do not know who you are yet, so do not expect them to invest your time or your Steem power into some random user. At this stage you should not worry about how much money you are earning;
• We're all competing for whale votes. Always try to create new ideas for posts. Issues that other users have not yet written;
• I understand that little fish do not have as much voting power, but collectively they will attract whales to your post, especially bot whales;
• You should respect your followers wisely and spare them from bad posts;
• You should take advantage of the transparency of Steemit's network, when it comes to user activity, and try to find out the reason behind the success of each;
• People write better about things they like. You should make your Steemit experience enjoyable by writing about subjects you enjoy. If you do not do this you will naturally give up.
