Não sou de todo uma healthy person, vou comendo sopa e tal mas não faço pratos super saudáveis em casa e não os costumo pedir quando vou comer fora, MAS há um restaurante em Cascais e em Lisboa que leva a healthy food quase a porn food!!!! Vocês já provaram as poke Bowls do Locals???

Infelizmente nunca experimentei porque não moro em Portugal, mas gosto dessas novas versões práticas e rápidas de comidas. Estou até pensando em começar a fazer algumas para levar no almoço.
