Continuando nossa série de $1 comemorativo canadense, veremos os emitidos em 2001, 2002 e 2003.
As duas primeiras pesam 23,3g cada, com 92,5% de pureza de prata. Elas foram emitidas com acabamentos Proof e Brilliant Uncirculated.
A terceira pesa 25,18g com 99,99% de pureza de prata. Ela foi emitida com acabamentos Proof e Brilliant Uncirculated.
A primeira é a 2001 "Balé Nacional". Ela comemora o 50º aniversário do Balé Nacional do Canadá. Fundado em 1951 pela bailarina inglesa Celia Franca, o Balé Nacional do Canadá é a mais importante companhia de danças do país.
A segunda é a 2002 "50º Aniversário". Comemora o 50º aniversário da ascensão ao trono da Rainha Elisabete II em 1952, após a morte de seu pai, o Rei George VI.
A terceira é a 2003 "Descoberta em Cobalt". Comemora o 100ºaniversário da Descoberta em Cobalt. Em 1903 Fred Larose, um ferreiro, atirou seu martelo numa raposa, errou o alvo mas, ao atingir uma rocha revelou um gigantesco veio de prata.
Esta foi a primeira moeda emitida pela RCM com prata 99,99% pura.
