É um 2014 $20 CAD pesando 31,6g (1,02oz) com 99,99% de pureza de prata e acabamento Colored Proof.
Sua tiragem foi de 7.500 unidades e seu preço de lançamento foi de $99.95 CAD.
Este foi o primeiro uso pela Royal Canadian Mint do novo e avançado "Sheer Effect". Esta inovação cintilante recria os intrincados e aveludados trajes usados pelas bailarinas na produção "A Bela Adormecida" de Tchaikovsky.
A moeda vem na sua caixinha de música própria. A imagem de contos de fadas é conseguida por uma embalagem especial que toca a melodia da valsa da Princesa Adormecida, quando aberta.
