Official Declaration of QuadrigaCX Going Bankrupt
After the death of the CEO of QuadrigaCX, the funds of the company are in the cold wallet that is not possible to retrieve with out private keys. After so many days of creditor protection the high court has declared that it's time to declare the bankrupt.
On april 8th these exchange company declared officially their bankruptcy. It was approved by Nova Scotia Supreme Court Justice Michael wood following the court order of Ernst & Young's(EY).
