Family Day at Spa Castle. Maintaining Healrhy Balance

I have been working on a massive project day of the week including weekends for a couple
Months now.

In truth I still have my computer and smart phone here and have put in about 8 hours as well.

However some hot baths, relaxation and detox is a welcome thing.

This is the nicest spa I have been to with hot baths, wet and dry saunas, swimming pools, water jet massagers and about 12 “special” rooms like a gold pyramid, slay room and far infrared rooms.

I generally just get my sweat on in the sun and my far infrared as well lol. Far more Effexor and sustainable.

However a friend invited me and the family and I knew the kids would have a blast swimming in all the pools all day.

So here we are and I am getting a nice balance of spa and work time while the family is having a most enjoyable time.
