Fried Fish Feast: Wild Caught, Home Made Super Sustainable

This was my favorite meal so far here in Panama.

I went out and used a net to catch shrimp and sardines. I then used those as bait on my fishing poll I made from trash to catch bigger fish!

I made a couple recent posts of the fishing with vids and pics.

Then took them home and made a fried fish feast. It tasted delicious and was Uber Sustainable which is of prime Importance to me.

The little fish that were left we just fried them whole and ate them bones, head and all!
