Hand Toasted Wild Cashew On Leafe Platter

This was my first attempt at hand roasting wild harvested cashews.

Cachew nuts are poisonous without proper cooking/processing.

When most people see them they are already cooked/processed and out of their poisonous shell.

What most know as roasted cashews are then Toasted after removed from shell.

Here is what the fresh raw cashews look like in their poisonous shell.

Now here is them cooked in a fire and the n shelled.

They are served in a jungle leaf platter.

Not the best but for the first time I had to be sure they were cooked enough and he On the safe side.

Very beautiful for sure.
