Hot sauce is far and away my favorite kind of sauce/topping and an essential for good food. Especially when all the food is made for kids which prefer not spicy. So having it around helps to spice that not spicy food up.

I don’t like to buy any food and at @gardenofeden I don’t. I either harvest or trade for 100% of what I eat. I am very proud of that extraordinary accomplishment.

However I don’t have a Sustainble Eco Village here yet so have to buy certain foods.

When I do buy I always buy local and try to buy whatever is the healthiest/freshest/purist.

While this is a Panama made hot sauce I wasn’t to happy with this hot sauce as it had more preservatives and additives I don’t think hot sauce needs.

It tasted alright, better than nothing but nothing special and the additives on top of that make it not worth it for me. However it was all this tiny shop had so it’s what I got.

Fried eggs are just so much better with hot sauce.
