" Go where you're celebrated not where you're tolerated "

I agree to certain extent but no matter where you go there will always be those who celebrate you and those who tolerate you.  There is no guarantee that if you go elsewhere you will be celebrated its a chance you take.  The key is no matter where you are surround yourself with core people who will embrace you and don't give power to those that tolerate you.  Where you find those who tolerate you that usual means that you pose a threat to them I.e. you are better than they are at what you do so they will do all to discredit you. 

I have seen many times that those who feel threatened due to their own insecurity/incompetence undermine others who are more competent, it would make you a better person to take the opportunity to grow and learn from the person seen as a “threat”.
