In life one thing we can get so easily and without any efforts and that is "Discouragement". Discouragement can taken into account as negative by many people but in my opinion, some people taken the discouragement as an challenge and reached to the great heights in life from where they can see all the phases of success. When we believe our self then there is nothing which can suppress our spirit, but when we don't have self confidence then our confidence levels can be influenced with ease by anybody.

Discouragement, should be taken as an tool to boost ourself, if somebody discourages us, it's perception and lookout of the next person, there is no perfect definition of life yet, this means no one know how to achieve success until then achieved it and the technique which is helped others, never guarantees the success for the different person. In my opinion and in my case i follow my inner self because i think that whenever we decide something to do, we here an sound from our inner self and from deepest levels of our inner self as you are doing good or you are doing bad. So, first of all we have to understand our self, what we want, because if you strive hard without understanding what you want, then probably you will feel so low in the work which you are doing because that's not what you want.

And the most important thing is, never try to impress and please others because, if you will do those acts which you think it will be liked by the particular person then for sure you are losing your own worth of work, so do what you like and then if anybody likes your work then that's great, but the most important thing is self satisfaction which makes our life complete or which gives essence of completeness.

Importance of understanding ourselves.

In my opinion below points are really important to understand ourselves:

(1) It will lead you towards the true goals which you want to achieve.
(2) Any discouragement and negative aspects will not influence you because you are walking with concrete mind.
(3) Any perception will not affect you.
(4) You can understand your true strengths and weaknesses, which in turn can help you to create proper framework of activities.
(5) You can stood strong at the time of any phase of Adversity.

At last i want to say that, never discourage yourself because self discouragement is can lead you towards failures and you can face the unproductive results. So, wake up from that negative thought of mind where you are thinking as you are not important, you are important that's why search your own path and walk on the path and reach to your goal. When you will reach to your goals, possibly people who discouraged you, they will ask for the guidance.
