This Whole grain crackers with Hummus and freshly harvested radish microgreens are so simple and easy to do for a quick appetizer. Either it’s a homemade or store bought crackers and hummus but topping it with freshly harvested microgreens or any herbs you prefer, you can never be wrong with it.

Wholegrain crackers is a good alternative to oatcakes and are high in fibre too.

Hummus in the other hand is an earthy spread made from mashed/cooked chickpeas or other beans, blended with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and garlic.

Final topping with microgreens just gave it more health benefits.

Serving: 1-2 personss
Course: Appetizer/Snack

INGREDIENTES:

  • 12 pcs. Wholegrain crackers
  • 6 spoonful of Hummus
  • A handful of Microgreens

METHOD:

  1. Prepare the Wholegrain crackers
  2. Spread a hummus
  3. Topped with microgreens or other condiments

And walah,
your done!
