Qurator's Tasty Tuesday #78
La cuisine est magique, il est tellement simple de se faire plaisir avec des bons produits et sans être un grand cuisinier.
Ce midi, une petite part de gratin Dauphinois dont j'ai publié la recette sur steemit :

et quelques côtelettes d'agneau juste grillées sur un petit lit de mesclun et quelques petites feuilles de menthe qui s’accommode très bien avec la viande d'agneau.
