Pretty Canapes

Canapes always look so inviting and its so nice to see when people go to that extra effort to make them look so tasty! These had been served on a mirror plate with pretty flowers around them, it gave a really nice effect and make people more inclined to pick one up!

Peanut Butter And Jelly Chia Seeds & How To Make Almond Milk

Today's recipe is inspired by the famous Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich, but much healthier because instead of bread we'll have chia seeds and almond milk.
You can have this as breakfast, snack or dessert. It is healthy, vegan and full of nutrients. You have protein, healthy fats and fiber. Also chia seeds contain a considerable amount of Omega-3

A little bit of your childhood is wrapped up in this snack or on-the-go breakfast treat. PB&J? Oh yes!

Cookwithus 13- 15 Minute Prep Meal- Vegan Pesto Pasta With Cherry Tomatoes

Here's a new recipe I just tried out. I don't cook vegan usually but I have been wanting to try this out for quite a while. It literally took me 15 minutes to prepare this meal and was delicious! (my kids, which are picky eaters, even loved it)... A simple, fast and healthy meal on the table in 15 minutes!

YUMMY! Pasta, pesto and tomatoes! How can you go wrong with this combination. Such an easy recipe to prepare with tons of flavor.

A Nudist Beach And Seafood Picnic

The Battle of Hastings is significant for English history as it signified the end of Anglo Saxon rule and the beginning of Norman rule by William the Conqueror in 1066. Today Hastings is a pleasant seaside town on the south of England and was the destination of my walk. My walk started at Camber sands, another popular beach resort west of Hastings some 20km away. We arrived quite early that morning and Michael, our our walk organizer arranged some beach games for us
